Tuition and Financial Aid

Columbia Families

Columbia-affiliated families, other than those in Columbia bargaining units, must be eligible for the Primary Tuition Scholarship (PTS) in order to be eligible to attend The School. PTS eligibility, including residency in the five boroughs of New York City, is re-confirmed each year by Columbia University Human Resources. Annually, Columbia-affiliated families must submit a paperless PTS application in the Columbia University Benefits Enrollment System (CUBES). Please note, Columbia-affiliated families are not eligible to apply for financial aid in addition to the PTS.

The PTS Checklist—The School at Columbia is a helpful guide through the benefit application process. For additional information about the Primary Tuition Scholarship, please click here or contact the Columbia University Benefits Service Center at hrbenefits@columbia.edu or 212-851-7000.
